Default Striped my tank

As many of you know, I've been learning to pinstripe. Started mid-December, and have been posting practice/progress pics regularly. Today I decided it was time to paint a real tin - my tank. Ta-da! What was on the tank prior were decals. I hated the fact that they were decals, which was my impetus to start painting in the first place, getting rid of cheezy decals.

After cleaning the tank with wax and grease remover then with windex, I drew out a grid using a stabilo pencil and the Kafka easy-grid thingy. It took a good bit of nerve to actually put paint on the tank, but I did it anyway.

What'ya think?

Sorry I don't know what you mean. I did not post a link, but uploaded the photo here to HD forums, using the "attach" feature. (as normal)

Default pinstriping

Nice work. I have decals now, but want the real thing also. Wanted to be sure before I took the plunge. Wish I had your skill.
