Looks like the Russian URAL with sidecar.
The Ural can be ordered with 2 wheel drive tho. Pretty cool videos of it on youtube

Yea I believe the Dnepr was a BMW design, later on became Ural.

Yup. Right on down to the awful plunger frame. Still looks like fun, though. I saw a guy with one last summer with his dog in the sidecar. The dog even had goggles on.
