Viewing angle of LED tail lights

Viewing angle of LED tail lights
I am considering replacing my tail light/brake light on my Superlow with either the BAL-3 or the Radiantz laydown light. Right now, I'm leaning towards the BAL-3 because it offers the additional features of a quick flashing of the brake light when the brake is applied.
I have yet to see either of these products in real life. I understand both of these products are highly visible and bright. But can someone please tell me how the brightness/visibility is affected when viewing the brake light from an angle (either from above or from the side). Most vehicles (trucks/SUVs) sit much higher than a passenger car does, and I want to make sure it's bright for everyone behind me, not just the passenger cars.
Thank you in advance.

I use the Radientz bullet style LEDs and they are great and much brighter than the stock bulbs:

Here is the comparison of the radientz vs. the stock bulb I did in another forum:
Next is the stock bulb (again left side) vs. the Radientz LEDs (right side) with red lens covers:
Running lights:
Brake lights:
Hard to tell because of the brightness of the lights...but the radientz was also brighter as a brake light too
