It sounds like a motor mount to me, the stock HD ones are very soft, try switching them out for Drag Specialties ones which have a much harder compound.

With stock pipes the vibration on the forty eight made it feel like I was over revving the engine. After I got my D&D Bobcat 2-in-1 the vibration was subtle. I could actually use my mirrors hahaha

Hi, I know this is an old thread but it would be good to hear how this ended. I have similar issues with my 48.
