Question Riding 2 up with a heavier passenger?

Hey guys,
I'm new to motorcycling and I'm not planning to do this anytime soon...BUT if I ever wanted to ride 2 up, is there an issue when the passenger is bigger/heavier than the rider?

I'm 5'4'' 145-ish and I ride an Iron 883.

I put my stupid fat-*** SIL on the back. She prolly weighs as much as me. It was brutal in stop-n-go traffic.

Shouldn't be an issue. Just remember if you have a problem balancing the bike in neutral with the heavier passenger on the back... don't try going anywhere! lol

I weigh exactly twice what my wife weighs (Me = 230lbs, wife = 115lbs). My only issue is the shitty stock shocks. I really need to mount my Road King shocks.

That's what I should have done with SIL.

i always give a quick lesson to any new passenger-
most important thing is that they do what you do and dont lean the wrong way at the wrong time.
that and upgrade your shocks and seat!!
