How did she do once it warmed up? My bike does that when it's cold (50 deg.F or less), but once it warms up a bit it is ok. What you need to do is not touch the throttle untill it has warmed up a bit because I hear it takes the ECM out of warm up mode when you hit the throttle.

Was It stored for the winter ?
Ethanol fuel goes bad real real fast,,
Drain the tank,,Put that few gallons In yer car,,
Clean and re-gap the plugs,,clean the air filter.
If It was sitting all winter,,change the Oil Even If It was
changed right before you stored it.

I'm guessing the gas is a touch stale and it was cooler outside. Both can contribute to a slow idle but it sounds pretty good really. If your running ethanol gas it definitely could be gas. I would just run the gas through the bike, but that's me. Top off with a gallon or two to freshen it up ..

Try to refrain from starting the bike up without getting it to operating temperature. It doesn't give it a chance to burn the condensation off. It could lead to a milky oil.
