Most of my issues have been because of things I've done to the bike. Loose connection, leaking stock (and 10 year old) rocker box gasket and a bad ignition switch were the only things that went bad that I didn't touch first.

I had the opportunity to repair both rockerbox gaskets. Other than that, no problems.

Cool Nothing for me,,

Replaced the battery, I was smart enuff not to wait till It stranded me.

Rocker box cover gasket is showing me a damp area, no leak yet and no
oil with a finger wipe but It collects dirt. Black covers so It ain't nuttin.

I will replace It myself when the time comes,,will buy a good gasket set
and use the proper amount of permatex.

Very good running motorcycle,,
Very sensitive about keeping a clean air filter.
Very sensitive about proper plug gap.
The Harder I ride the more the bike shines.
Seems to like a good workout the most.
It's a keeper.

Short of blowing the engine the Dealers will never touch this bike.
I got the Service book XD

So far, only problems were after the 1000 mile HD service. Bike wouldn't start because battery cables were loose. Neutral light only works when bike is cold. Oh yeah, HD put in the wrong oil filter and not enough oil to register on the dip stick. Had too add a quart when i got it home.
Did the 5000 mile service myself. No problems since. Knock on wood : )

Well, the only problem I am having is that my local dealerships keep closing.
Pretty soon closest dealer will be 60 miles plus a bridge fare.

2007 1200.... I do have the front rocker box leak. Couple loose bolts found by checking with critical fasteners list guide.

I just did the wire tuck yesterday by removing the connector pins and shrink tubing them together. Hopefully I won't have any electrical problems. Only problems I have had were rocker box gaskets seeping oil. Other than that, she runs like a champ.

My rocker gaskets lasted 20,000 miles before leaking. I had the speedo stop working and it was the lean angle sensor? I had the plug wires split and start arcing on the motor.Replaced with Accel wires. The belt broke once also. Of course none of that stuff happened under warrenty
