Have any of you that use highway pegs ever noticed the front end could get wobly when your boots are up and your at speed? My 883R feels like it could really get out of shape if the wobles started. While gliding over some rough freeway at 70 yesterday the bars gave me a little woble. After I was back on smooth road, I intentionally gave them a little action (nothing crazy) just to "feel". My conclusion is that at 70+ if you get seriously wobbly your probably headed for a non-recoverable slapper. Got home, went through everything, all is secure and true, tire psi good also.

I put the Iron City highway pegs on on my 1200R and haven't noticed any adverse effects when using them at any speed. I am surprised that I don't use them as much as I originally thought I would though. However, they are nice to have when riding the slab for a couple of hours - always nice to have a change in foot position after a while because it reconfigures my whole riding posture...

I've got the H-D Highway Footrest Kit and although I don't do much cruising above 60 mph I have had it higher and did not notice any evidence of a 'wobble.' Maybe there's something else amiss?

I have the HD highway pegs on my 06 1200R and use them all the time. "Cruising" at 80mph is about the max i like to go and i have had NO problems at all. The best add on i have by far, oh yeah, except for the v&h slip ons and the stage 1 of course!
