The Midget Gimps are narrower than the ones you have

 

My bike came with mini apes, they were comfortable but I didn't care for the look. I swapped them for drag bars. The drag bars are comfortable as well. The owners of the bike before me stripped the allen screws that clamp the bars trying to tighten them to keep them from moving but they moved anyways.
