Factory service and parts manuals.

Lightweight bike cover.

Specially made-up emergency tool & spares kit.

Set of leather throw-over saddlebags.

Yeah Git the HD service book first, not an aftermarket.
Then buy nothing for a while,,
Just ride the thing.
Your gonna start seein lots of things on bikes as you ride.
Choose wisely or the next day you will see a better widget and
wish you waited for that one...

Check out my engine fin covers over the open area round the spark plugs.
I dig that..
an a Superbrace,,
an a quarter fairing,,
an better mirrors,,
an a tail pack,,
an a BETTER SEAT,,a Must have and your first purchace.

Start w/service manual & some tools so you can get familiar w/bike & not run to home store w/every project. For your seat dilemma - can get stock one modified for 1/3 price of new @ Mean City Cycles (MCC). Double mem foam mod works well...check out their work...http://www.meancitycycles.com/

Get yourself a Sundowner seat, you be able to ride that baby all day long. That's a Sundowner seat on my bike. Keep in mind that it will put you about an inch closer to your forward controls, that's if you have forward controls.
