+1, I got a seat a Bitlwell seat with springs, made a front mount out of a door hinge (yeah a door hinge) for $10 bucks and welded two studs for the hair clip spings for the rear.

The mounting kits are soooo overpriced.

Right on! I recently made a pivot hinge out of a leaf spring eyelet.
