Default Carb trouble

My local shop says my carb is out of whack and the only way to adjust it is on the dyno? Is this true?

If your looking for perfection at any given rpm the dyno is the way to go but guys have been tunning carbs without a dyno for longer than you've been alive. Now maybe thats the only way your shop can do it cause they have no clue what there doing without a dyno. Saying it the only way is total bullsh!t............

Yeah I just ran into alot of problems with this bike. When I got it tire went flat bad battery then all the troubles keeping it running. Then found out I had a bad ground anglebank sensor and then ignition module. So all together this bike has cost me a 1000 in just three weeks. Lol this project bike turned into a project.

http://www.cvperformance.com/

Go here and read up on CV carbs. Their performance kit will get you pretty close to what you need. Get the rebuild kit and replace the gaskets and stuff cause it is probably time. Not real expensive and really takes a small amount of time.
