Looks awesome. How did you go about finding your family crest? I've always been curious about that but never knew how to look into it.

The Internet pointed me to Fairbairn's Book of Crests which was last published in 1905. It has tens of thousands of English and Irish names.

Another site that had a version of the crest was heraldry.ws . But, to be honest, are you going to trust a website or an actual book? I chose the book.

MyFamilySilver.com references Fairbairn's, and it gives you a sample of what it can look like.
