Low miles in my case were not a plus. Mine runs far better after thousands of break in miles. Offer $8k as they don't sell that well. Nextly change to an aftermarket shift peg.

My neighbor just traded in his 2009 XR1200. It has 900 miles...The dealer wants $9600 for it...Can you tell me how they ride, especially on 100-200 mile rides. The price seems a bit high...
I love Sporty's, but if you want a bike that will be comfortable on 100-200 mile rides, get a Dyna. My '09 was $9k from the original owner..
Buell Xb12S Lightning. Faster, lighter, more powerful, better brakes, better suspension, more capable, better fuel range, just as comfortable and far less expensive. So why did Harley kill Buell again????
Man, you know, Harley was always so vague about that in their investors' disclosures, announcements, press releases... why would they kill Buell? I seem to recall something along the lines of "not profitable?" Does anybody know what that means? </sarcasm>
More seriously, I thought those XB Lightnings were some of their more practical bikes they made, so it's unfortunate that they downplayed them so much in trying to market to the racer-wannabe crowd. If Buell wants to stay in business this go-around, I sure hope he brings back the Lightning and Ulysses designs... and doesn't **** off all his paying customers by crushing them into cubes!
