I have a Sporty as a “second” bike and love it. The FL is way more bike than I need or want for around town, the Sporty is just right and they are fun to ride. Mine takes me back to when riding a MC was a little more “out there”. I would miss the fairing and air ride seat on a long ride, but it is kinda nice to be in the wind for short ones.

I'm 6-4 and 240. I'm all about my nightster. When it was stock, I know what you mean though.. I put highway pegs on it (left the mid controls and shift with my ankle most of the time) and some 14" Big Duke bars and she fits me just fine with my woman and a full pack (no saddlebags and have done 3k mile trips no prob).
