seems like everyone is running vance and hines pipes. personally, i think they suck. not loud enough for me. i'm running python 3's on my 08 sporty. my friend and i swapped bikes for about 2 miles because he said how loud my pipes were i wanted to see for myself. holy smokes! my ears hurt as he gunned it past me!

 

 

I prefer my B&E Superflows Max II, Great sound at idle and guning the sh_t out of it!

 

I don't think everyone will agree w/your BOLD statement & if V&H catches wind - they'll sue!

Oh...and tinnitus is incurable...

 

I have the V&H Short Shots on both the Dynas, and I think they sound great and plenty loud.. I don't want to deafen myself.. or others.. Had my riding buddies tell me they don't like riding behind me because they're loud.

I have a V&H Slip on for the Street Glide. And it is not loud enough.. That'll be one of the next things I change.

 

Seriousley, you purchase products by choice, one man's trash is anothers idea of perfect, I am not a fan of either one of those particular pipes but obvioulsy P-3's , work for you, It's all good, just glad we have choices..........

 

Oh, yeah.. and by the way, Pythons are made by Vance & Hines.
