Default Clean Iron 883 ? ?

Hey everyone ... Just wanted to see what people were using ( products ) to get this bike clean being it doesnt have a clear coat !

I generally just hose it down with about 50 cents worth of gas when I do a fill up.

Sorta off subject but can you get heat wrap wet when you wash your bike?

I may be wrong which is why I asked but I heard that using soap on the matte paint would cause it to tarnish and fade ...
