warm water and a soapy brillo pad(s), works great on WW's & RWL's also

that should come off as soon as you start putting miles on it. I had some lettering like that too on my tires, maybe not as big but it went away after a solid 100 miles.

Whenever we install new tires at work they always have blue over the white lettering...purely by accident I discovered a mixture of pine-sol and water in a spray bottle works wonders at getting it off along with tire chalk. Spray it on, let it soak, and use a stiff brush.
