FYI, the Buell carb mount bracket is pretty much on indefinate back order. I ended up going with the DK bracket and here we are:

The air cleaner looks great...might have the top plate copper plated to match my points cover.

agreed, where are they from?

 

theyre from led sled customs. about $300 for all their pipes. about half of most v&h pipes. just know it took about 4-5 weeks from the time you order to the time theyre made and delivered

 

quick question....way back in this post someone put in a carb adapter where you did not have to mess with a hose and filter/breather bolts....is this what they were talking about?

No..that's just so you can mount a CV style air cleaner to an S&S carb.

The one I think you are talking about has ears that bolt to the heads and the crank case vents internally through it.
