I need some opinions on my bike. I want to change to a drag bar. But I don't have short pipes. They're not the big stock mufflers but they're the same length. Do you guys think it would look retarded with a drag bar and long pipes?

What do drag bars have to do with short pipes? Looks? Should look ok~ remember that beauty is in the eye of the key holder. Go ahead and do it, if you don't like the looks or the feel, try something else. I have continually changed bits and pieces on my '86 sporty, it can be a tourer one day and a cafe racer the next. Just do it!

You can get some ideas on creating a cafe racer from this site...
