Default Lick's Z Bars

Anyone externally wire their Lick's Z bars? I am missing something or is there not an indentation where the wiring would run?

It was a long day in the shop and maybe I missed something. I walked away before I got too pissed.

Did you buy non dimpled bars? I have the 10" Z bars and had no problem mounting everything except for I need to make a longer brake cable. Needs to be about 38-40 inches long. heres a few pictures of mine so far.

wired up except for making the new brake cable.

OK. Thanks all for the replies. To anyone concerned, I internally wired the bars. It was a pain in the ***, but in the end I like the clean look better. I placed a nut on the end of fishing line and ran it through the bars. I then ties some clothesline yarn to the nut and threaded it back the other way. I taped the end of the wiring (so nothing was getting bent. I tied the yarn to the wire and pulled them through. Sort of sucked doing it, but worked in the end. The pics are of the left side done. BE CAREFUL to not scratch the bars. Luckily I have the same paint for touch ups.
