This is what my stock bars look like. They call them drag bars, but the problem I have is the rise and pullback. They're only 27in wide and at their pullback, it's uncomfortable. Both for my wrists and my back. I already tried rolling them forward some, it makes my back better, but the final bend is worse on the wrists, because after rolling forward, the grips point more towards riding position.

My buddy has 0 rise drag bars on his 96 1200s. I've ridden that and it's far more comfortable. I think his are 27in wide though.. I'm looking to go with the Flanders wide drag, 33.5 inches wide should clear the tank with ease. Even if I leave the blinkers on the controls. If not, I'll relocate them

The more I think about it, and look at the numbers. The wide drags are going to be the route I take.

You don't have drag bars. 03 was the last year for factory drag bars on C models. You have something like a buckhorn.

Thanks! I'll be doing them eventually. Probably when it gets a little warmer. I'll post a pic when I get them done. Thanks to all who posted!
