I have seen starters take hits from shock alone, which can cause the spur gear to break field and not engage. Shock can damage a starter too, just not common.

How did you determine that the relays are good? Try switching the relays and see if it starts. One of the relays is for the starter. Just switch that with the other one.

Ya I just switched the relays and they work. I will try to remove the main fuse to see if that works.

just a shot

1-bike not in gear?
2-kill switch is (on)?
3-key to the start mode not acc. mode?
4-hit starter should start
5-activity you hear is fuel pump
