I have the same issues, but for me it is Carpal Tunnel. Changing the height of the bars causes a better hand position, thus helping with the issue.

I bookmarked this link to gloves that are designed to help this. Have not tried them, not affiliated with them. I thought that if mine got worse that I might check them out.

Have her sit on a chair, and put her forearms on her thighs. Roll her hands over until they are knuckles up.
Now measure the distance bewteen her thumbs, and angle of her wrists.
Find a handle bar that fits her. Gloves are always needed. I us duel gel hand grips also.

The tingling is from her wrists not being at the right angle. Her bars need to be adjusted so the angle of her wrists don't cut if the circulation to her fingers.

all good advice above.

you might want to check this out if the problem doesn't go away.

http://www.vibranator.com/

I know a guy who drove a plug 8 inches down on both side of the bars and

poured lead in and that worked for him.

I have the same problem. What helps me is if I rais my arms up a bit in elevation. I think when my arms are lower, I am restricting circulation or something. If I can keep my elbows up a bit, no problem. If I forget and let the drop for a while, my hands will go all but numb. Maybe it is genetics for me but I rotated my bars a bit and it helped.

Default my 2 cents

sounds funny but i had the same tingling in my hands for a while i
found out that my gloves were a little too tight when i gripped the bars
and was restricting circulation.

I would suggest either a windshield or a fairing, I have a fairing on my 2007 and a really short windshield on my 1975. It makes a big difference to get the wind pressure off your chest and it feels a lot more comfortable. This for me reduced the amount of grip I felt necessary on the handlebars and I don't get the tingling anymore.

Not funny at all. I wear tight gloves when driving long distances. It does help, at least for me.
