Think I might have to check those out, soo many makers use one size shell and adjust the padding. Thanks.

They have been working on it for over a year, and Lick's seemsd to have a pretty good grasp on what we like. It looks like it's about as good as you can do for a DOT. I think page 6 or 7 of that thread has pics of it on a dudes head.

Check out the new Visormatic6000 that they also just introduced after a few years research. You can get a combo pack from Lick's on the helmet and visor.

Just ordered mine with the Visormatic6000 (mirrored finish). I'll throw up some pics once I get it.

I ordered a grey one yesterday, no visormatic though. I would be very interested how you like it, please let us know.

I will post helmet pics also, will give you a pretty good idea how small it is, as I wear a size small.

I think there is a limited quantity on this first run, pre-buy. If you want to get in on the first batch, get to it soon.

Last time I was looking at a helmet from lick's site a bunch of people bashed the quality. I think it was made by daytona. Are these a different manufacturer? I want to buy one, I've been dragging *** on the Bell 500, but I can't find a store that carries these either. There aren't any pics of the visormatic, just the drawing.

This is a helmet developed by Lick's, and yes, the Daytona's sucked, very uncomfortable.

It looks like they pulled the Daytona's and are selling their helmet now. I have 100% faith that this will be a far better helmet. AJ and the crew do excellent work.

Here is a link over on xlforum with actual pics of the Visormatic on a couple of helmets.

I just linked these new lids, as I know a lot on here continue the eternal search for a decent lookin DOT lid. This may no be much\any better than what some already have, but it's very light, sits low, and has different shell sizes (they don't just stuff padding in one shell size).

I was gonna be they guy who checked out the Rockhard 3/4 lids, but someone beat me to it (he said they were huge). I ordered my Lick's on pre-buy just an hour or so after they were listed on the site, so should be the first to have one. I will let you guys know as soon as I get it.
