If you remove the derby cover, will anything come pouring out?

 

Not if the bike is straight up and down. You may get a drip ot two.

 

Thanks a lot. Do you think gold leaf or pin-stripping would hold up on one?
(or gets too hot?)

 

If you have forward controls it will be fine, mids, your boots will rub on it some and wear the paint easier.
