Default Forty eight or Nightster

Hi, I`m new in the forums.

I wish you a great year with many successes.

After some time I decided to Harley, I was thinking about buying a Suzuki Boulevard M109R, I know that are not comparable but I like both, sportys and M109R.

Currently I have a Honda Shadow 750 cc, and I want to change bike.

I use it regularly on weekends, but sometimes during the week for work, about 63 miles (100 km) from home to office and office to home.

I want to change because I need more power and why not to take my wife in weekends, of course acquiring the necessary accessories for that.

You who are the experts what recommend? 48 or Nightster?

Thanks friends, I hope you can help me.

My commute is 75 miles daily with my 48 tank, getting gas daily isn't much different than getting it every other day like with the Nightster tank.

definetely nightster. When people were doing the custom fat front tire I thought it was just the ****. Since it is now a factory option it has reall become kind of a gimmick in my eyes. That and the little tank should make it an easy decision with your commute. Do you want to fill up everyday or every other day?

The miles you would make everyday, i'd prefer the nightster...or buy a 48 if you like the fat front tire and switch out tanks. Up to you, but the bigger tank is key here. If you dont mind filling up every day, pick whichever one calls out to you.

Yep! I had a Nightster... You don't WANT a tank smaller than 3.3 gal. I put gas in mine usually after around 100-115 miles. That isn't far.

Depends....either way you will need to stop for gas...and after you wife rides one time with you..(Unless you change shocks and seat) she will not want to ride again....Go for the one that you like the looks of best....<<<Just my thoughts...my wife stopped riding with me...then I changed shocks and changed seats...and she been with me since...said her but still hurts..
