Default spring seat without the springs,

finally got around to fabing a bracket to mount my rich phillips seat without the springs or mounting kit,
dropped the seat about 2-3 inches and looks better for it,
took it out for a test ride before powdercoat, not much difference in comfort to the springs.

I dig this look. I'm working on the same idea for mine.

Wow....that is killer.

My week-old 48 is currently apart getting a tank repaint, new pipes, etc. I just ordered a Rich Phillips seat & mount kit today as it appears to be a better quality item than the H-D springer, not to mention being $150 less. I'm a big guy so I'll probably stay with the spring mount on mine but your setup sure does look good!

What kit or how did you mount your turn signals where they are?
