Default Front Signal relocate kits?

Hey guys I got some HD gift cards for Christmas and was wondering how well the HD relocation kit works or should I look at other brand kits?I have searched the forums and have seen where the HD kit cracks under normal installation specs. What have you guy used to move the sigs to the forks?

Most don't like how far the HD relocation kit makes your turn signals stick out and have ordered the turn signal mounting hardware from the 48. While the 48 style looks better it's also pricier.
JPCycles.com has a set of signal fork clamps for 29.99 (JPCycle part# 3300270). Seems to be a cheap alternative and you can have them powder coated or just sand them down and throw a few coats of spray paint on yourself.
I'm sure there's other kits that folks have used but most of them I've seen on various sites tend to range from 125-150 which is nothing more than a ripoff....just my 2cents

Get a dremel and cut off the little notch that keeps them in place and you can then move them down to the forks and they bolt right up. If you take them off you will know what notch im talking about. No sense in spending money on something u don't need to. Just did mine this past week and u can't even tell they weren't supposed to be there in the first place

I used the HD kit first.I had no problems, but it was only on for a short period of time.I switched to the DRAG kit. They only come in chrome so I had them powder coated gloss black. The HD kit stuck out to far for my liking. The DRAG kit sits much closer to fork tubes for a more narrow streamlined look.Which is what I was going for. Here are some pics of the DRAG kit. These are not the best but at least you can get an idea of how they sit.I put mine on the lower fork tube pinch bolts. You can also put them on the upper fork tube pinch bolts if you wish.Hope this helps.

I have a set of the HD relocators and took them off-the one cracked when I installed it, but still looked and worked fine for over a year. This past summer I got the clamp style one's from J&P cycle and they look much better, made better and you have more options where you want to mount them on the upper forks.

Sure here is a picture of where I put mine at. Not sure if this will work for all bikes since some I'm sure do not have the brace that goes where I relocated mine to.
