Default Who's Switch to SYNTHETIC OIL, and at what milage?
I just wanted to take a poll to see haow many riders switched over to SYNTHETIC OIL???

and if not , why.......... is it good or bad.... or the same

I switched at 10k. Just wasn't sure what i wanted to do before that.
Great change, should have done it sooner.

Redline all around.

Switched at first service (1000 miles).

Shifting is smoother and bike runs cooler.

Now I can find neutral EVERY TIME!!!

I switched at the 1k service. At the time I had also requested the dealer look into a whirring noise out of the primary I wasn't happy with. Dealership changed to the synthetic before checking out the noise, then said they couldn't hear it. First thought was "yeah, right, been here before" but it actually went away with the switch!

Switched to synthetic at 1000m on both my Sporty and RKC.

I switched at 5000 miles to Mobil 1 V-Twin synth. Runs a little cooler and quieter.

Switched at 1000 miles..seems a little smoother and quieter to me.

Switched at 7k on my Road King Classic. Smoother and seems to have more power at the top of the rpm band.

unknown previous history, but with 38,000 I switched to mobil 1 v-twin 20w50 both primary and engine shortly after I bought the bike. oil temp is about 10 degrees cooler after long rides and it got rid of all the clutch moaning
