does anyone on here own either one of these 3/4 helmets. Any thoughts/opinions?

From what I can see The new Biltwell seems scary big.Some one in the softail section posted a pic.WHOA !!!!!!!!!. If you go to the softail section and search under New Biltwell DOT you should be able to find it.Sorry dont know how to attach a link.Pretty sure once you see it you will mark it off your list.

 

I had ordered a rockhard. Went off the sizing chart, when it got here it was waaay to small. I sent it back and bought a V2. The rockhard looked fairly well made.

 

V2 is the way to go if you want dot I have mine and I love it!!

 

The Biltwell is huge, the Bell Custom 500 is large, the V2 is decent size, the Daytona is small. On the other hand, of the ones I've worn, the Daytona is painful and the Bell is quite comfortable, but has a touch more lift to it. Hope that helps some.

 

I have a HJC 3/4 helmet, and really like it. It fits good.

 

Thanks. I am thinking about trying the Rockhard, have not seen any pics of anyone wearing it, but someone said it is like a mix between the Bell and V2. I guess for $89, you can't go too wrong.

I hear ya on the Daytona, what a pile.

I have a Rockhard and so does the wife. Overall very pleased with them, fit and finish is great also. I originally wanted a Bell Custom but couldnt find anywhere local to try one on so I took a chance on the Rockhard...glad I did, for the price it cant be beat.
