Unless you spend over $99 to get free shipping, the 11-1527, stock height, are cheaper here ($77.93 with free shipping):

About 2 weeks ago I ordered a set for the OL's bike and they got here in a few days in original package with all hardware. I'm always a little skeptical about E-bay, but no issues and no problems. I looked for months and this is the cheapest anywhere.

I've got a fork-top nut socket I've had for years.
It's from Motion Pro #08.0139. About 18 bucks and I think it's worth every penny. It has the rounded corners and o-ring cushion to protect the chrome. It's a low profile, 1 3/8" socket.

I got the ricor intiminators in with stock springs. I didn't cut down the spacer so its preloaded a little more. The ride is much better and better control. There site said stock or spring upgrades. I don't know why it was said they are $400 to 500. They listed at $300 and gave 20% off with a hdforum discount code.
