i would say barely if any. i don't feel like there's 1" movement back like some have said in my research. it's slightly lower...less than 1" lower i feel based on the bend in my knee and feet on ground.

i love the fact that it's narrower so thighs hug the body of bike better. just got back from a 35 mile ride and definitely big difference in my ***...no more numbness like with stock solo seats.
