This is very true. I have been running Mobil 1 in my M3 for years as well as the rest of my cars (hell, even my mowers). I have had great luck with it. As far as the climate, it gets 100+ here but I know for a fact that I will be a fair weather rider so I doubt I will get out much in 85+ temps.
