Use a good quality oil, change it regularly, you wont have any issues.
See post #14. The interval from 2006 is 1000miles and then at 10,000 mile intervals for transmission lubricant.

I am guessing for most people it is getting changed with the engine oil yearly as the mileage isn't being done. Doing the engine prompts you to change the transmission as well.
