Both the sissy bar and windshield are quick release. When I'm riding around town they are off, when I'm on the highway or doing PGR rides they are both on.

It is the 3.25 (or whatever size it is exactly 3.3, etc.). I like the capacity of the 4.5, but not the bigger profile.
