I'll say the 48, Nightster, and Iron 883. Love the looks of those.

Honestly, I'm gonna have to go with the Nightster and Iron 883 as well, not to diss anyone but I didn't really start liking Sporsters until I saw some guy black out his (like an iron 883)

I was so blown away when I saw this and wanted one, thats when I started noticing the Iron 883, then eventually settled on a Nightster. Also I'm not a big fan of chrome so thats another reason why I'm a big fan of these.

I don't think the 'best' sportster model is any left just how it came from HD.

I like the 70s models modified into rigid bobbers as a start:

Stuff like this isn't without its charm:

I enjoy the new dark custom range, as far as out of the box goes its a good start. I think the 2004 on series looks better 'finished', mainly in regards to to side covers.

I have an 883c, I don't think its the best but hope to make it that way in my eyes at least.

2007 1200R. Dual front disc brakes, tach and more suspension travel than other models; all for performance and handling and still the classic Sporty look of peanut tank and shorty duals.

I really like my Harley Orange/Black 2009 Nightster. It is so vintage-looking and has a lot of power. It's my first bike and I just thought that it is what a classic bike looks like. Def fun to ride.

I was at a car/bike show today. My 883 Iron was parked along side a number of big twins, cruisers and custom choppers. I was shocked at how much attention my little Sporty got parked alongside all of the big boys. Something to be said for the looks of the Iron........
