Have you installed an Easy Pull Clutch?
#31
I finally took my time and figure out the problem. It seems that the easy pull clutch is hitting the bump at the bottom of the primary cover. The picture here shows where the easy pull clutch hit. I want to ask is that does it hurt to grind down the bump inside the primary cover or should I grind the easy pull clutch thing so that it doesn't hit?

I agree. I've done the Muller Power Clutch on all my previous bikes, including a 883L, 883C, 1200N and now a FLSTN. Easy job, no need to modify any parts. It costs a little more than that cheap eGay part, but then again, you get what you pay for.
On the 1200N, I also installed Oberon Adjustable levers; that made the world of difference in comfort for the Mrs as she has smaller hands. Something to consider if you want comfort; but it'll cost you...
