Default Carb vs EFI

I'm not too mechanically skilled but always wanted to be able to fix up cars/bike or even build my own custom bike from scratch. Recently got my first motorcycle about a year ago and slowly learning things and trying to do as much myself as I can and learning in the process.

Was surfing the web and came across this explanation of Carb vs. EFI and thought it was a very good basic write up that outlines the differences between the two. For someone with a very basic/high-level knowledge of how carbs and EFI works, I would think it's a great starting point.
