Default V&H side shots

Anyone have these pipes on there sportster customs? I have slip-ons on my 09 xl1200c right now that i borrowed from a buddy cause i didnt want it to be quiet anymore, but getting ready to order a stage 1 SE air cleaner kit and need a new exhaust so i can tune it soon.. He has short shots and i seen alot of other people with short shots where i live and i hate being "part of the crowd" and copying people even tho i like the pipes but i like the look of the side shots also.. So people who have them.. Like them? sound good? too loud, too quiet? And all pics will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I have the black ones on my Nightster. I love them! Pics of them are in my profile. They make the bike sound great. With a low rumble.

I have these ones, not 100% sure which v&h they are but I started it up for the first time two weeks ago and believe me I was blown away!
What a sound! A really nice rumble and deep roar when power is needed.
I'm happy with them

I have the short shots along with everybody else and there mother! I love the pipes like the look and the performance is good. And they are very affordable compared to other pipes. I just hate that everyone has them. Side shots are a little rarer to see around my way. If i were to do it again (and i plan on it this winter) I would try to find something more unique.

I have the Sideshots on my 1200c and love them. They were a little raspy at first but after putting in the quiet baffles and letting the carbon build up, they sound freaking awesome.
