So nevrdull would be safe on aluminum that is clear coated from the factory?

 

Not in my opinion...It would be like trying to polish a piece of metal with paint on it....It will do nothing for the metal and may actually bum up the clear...Once that clear starts to peel, you gotta a mess.

Of course if you got rid of the clear, then you could really shine it up.
