mainshaft: I used blade connectors to attach the lights so its a simple matter of pulling the electrical tape off and unplugging them, the lights will pop out of the mounts easily enough, I may try to rig some sort of mount on the tail light if I ever want to run with out the bags.
XL50#674: The bags are Swiss surplus rubberized bags I got off of Sportsmansguide.com for $16 for 6 of them a year or so ago. below are pics of the frame I made for the bags and what they look like once it was installed

I was jokeing about the bags, but good job. Sorry no pix of my signals, but they do look good. The only issue is you can see about 1" of the wires till then go through the hole in the strut, I have some black wire loom over them so they do not look bad. What I did was take the signas off, got the tape out to see how long of a bolt I needed, can't remember how long I needed and then got 8 washer-4 for each side, but ended up only useing 3 per side just to get them to sit stright on the strut covers. I took one of the lights to Lowes with me to get the right thred pitch bolt and went home and hooked them up. Just remember to use alot of Loctite since I did not and they kept comming loose at first.
