By the way ******, when did you do the paint job (or is that just a PhotoShop "paint" job - LOL!)?

 

He just got the tins on last week right before the SE Rally. If you think the pictures look good then you should see it in person. WOW! It is one sharp bike!

Fran, thanks for the support Bro, Heather what can I say to you girlfriend that I haven't already said? Thumper I assure you it is no photoshop job, at least I paid more than that for it! ahahahahahahahahaha. A Sporty has to my knowledge never won BOTM, although Heather did represent us well when she was nominated. My Bike has been my project since the day I bought it, and I have been changing it, just as many of you have, over the course of the entire time I have owned it. My wreck simply facilitated the need to speed the process along. I had been working over the idea of the Theme for some time and had my mind set that I would have it ready on Sept. 11, 2008. Well the wreck bumped the need for paint up a year. There are many small details not yet completed, that were scheduled to be done over the course of the next year. I don't have a lot of cash on hand, and have to do things slowly. As I am sure some of you do also. Life throws curves at us, sometimes we can hit that curveball, sometimes we can't. I'm swinging at knuckleballs now! Have any of you ever counted the nuts and bolts that hold one of these things together? Have you counted how many of them are in plain sight and need to be replaced with Chrome or Stainless Steel? hahahahahhahaa A small fortunes worth thats fer sure!
Thanks for the support y'all but vote for the Best Bike, not just because it's a Sporty! If I happen to win and there is a lot of month left,(aint countin no eggs till they hatch!) it will be a Victory for the Sporty Nation!
