Default Leaking Fluid From Shifting Spline

I have a 2010 Iron and just getting ready to hit 5000 miles and noticed today that it is leaking fluid from the shifting spline. It is not dripping on the ground, kindda collecting right on the peg and shifter. The bike is only 3 months old and picked it up brand new. Is this normal??? Still kindda new to the mechanics of the bike. Thanks.

No, leaking oil is not normal, take it in & get it fixed under warranty.
