Retro Helmets

Zox makes a good 3/4 DOT helmet. They use 2 shell sizes as well which is beneficial for the guys with smaller heads. I run one when I'm riding in the city...without the visor.

Hey guys, for anyone looking for a retro helmet besides a Bitwell, check out Bell, they have some retro 3/4 and 1/2.
Personally I might get the Custom 500 Speed Soul...I think that looks pretty sick!

Dude !!
but when the wind builds up they press into the glasses.
I'm still using a flipface,
If I can find the right goggles the 3/4 bell would be a great second helmet.
Thanks In advance.

I use the "Outfitter 24" goggles, and have been ecstatic with them. They are hi-vis yellow Transitions (R) lenses, so they are yellow when it's dark, and smoke during daylight hours. They are fog resistant on both surfaces, and don't have the air bleed issues that my previous goggles had. I use them with my half helmet and 3/4 helmet, and don't have any issues with them pressing into my glasses at any speed that any of my "street" bikes can reach. At race speeds I exclusively wear a full face helmet, though, so I can only tell you about speeds up to about 130 with these goggles.

BTW, a pic of me wearing a Fulmer V2 Retro (forgive the spikes)..
Daytona 3/4 (NOT recommended. Extremely uncomfortable and looks like a lightbulb!!)

Best 3/4 lid IMO. Looks best and comes in the best colors (if only Biltwell made DOT)..
BTW, another active thread with a lot of retro helmet posts:

Sorry? I always wore fullface helmets, so this is new. I think wearing a fullface looks weird on a Harley, so I'm venturing out, as well as being lightweight (makes a big difference).
