Can i use this with stock seat and fender? i am assuming it goes between the seat and the lic. plate frame? or does this only work for solo seats? the on i was looking at was:

also, do i would assume i have to screw holes in my fender?

No holes to drill,,It should mount in the seat holes,,
both of them for a solo and two up, so you will need a Solo seat.
