Okay, if ya don't like Supras, how about a Mustang?

Watch the thing lift when he goes for it. Like a jet trying to take off. And yes, 2000rwhp.

These guy's putting out 500 hp on bikes are very limited. Im not saying you can't get 500 out of one but it will be short lived. The guys at the track with 400 hp turbo bike have to replace the clutch ever run. One guy I ride with has a turbo kx 14 and it put down 250 to the rear wheel. I think the hp numbers are being stretched a little.

Well the difference between those supras and that mustang, is that the supras are streetable. Not complete drag cars. Now not very practical for DD, but still have the option with them not spooling til 4.5k or so.

500hp busa is just stupid. Hell a 500hp car is stupid. Just asking for trouble...

My 2005 Vette with a stock motor, mild cam, and twin baby Garrett turbos made 605 RWHP/ 620 RWTQ. On street tires it was only good for traction in 3rd at WOT if it was hot out and 4th if cold. You need serious tire and suspension to make anything over 500 work well in most RWD cars.

My area is full of AWD monsters making 500+ like Evo's, WRX's, 3000gt's, and Skylines that take peoples money all day because of the traction advantage, especially on the street...

Ha this is awesome and so true! My friend has a boosted 2JZ supra with a big garret on it. Every time he takes it out he breaks a transmission. He claims to be making 500HP with it, but it could never take my boosted Talon at the track. And I'm only around 350 HP.

A) Why would these guys SLAM on their brakes at 100+ mph... to mess with a cop? Idk. Slammin on your brakes at 110 is sketchy.
B) If they were going that fast, they came BACK to stand there at laugh at the flipped patrol car?? If they were going that fast, they would have been LONG gone when the patrol car lost control.

Sounds like someone straight f*cked up and had to lay the blame somewhere...
After reading another article about it (there's a link in another part of this thread), it sounds plausible. There are alot of A-holes out there who would love the opportunity to taunt an officer and get away with it. I wasn't there and there's no video, so I don't know what really happened. Either way, we all know it only takes one bad apple...

I saw this beast in person, and talked to Kevin. Very smart, down to earth guy who knows his stuff. He envisioned it to be a fast bike that could also be taken to shows, yet ride every day if he wanted to. He achieved it, since he started it up and it just sat and idled in our parking lot at work. That is, until he showed us the boost controller under the seat
