This ain't Harley riders. How many of them do wheelies and hit 100 in groups?
Ah, gotcha. Didn't catch the video. Thanks for the heads up.

Exclamation

My buddy recently got his turbo busa back from the engine builder.

287 at the rear tire.

I've seen .45 FMJ fly slower.

I find it hard to believe that busa is making 500 hp. This is a video of Charley running his busa at the maxton mile in nc. Charley was killed a couple of months later at the same track. He went down at 220 mph. This bike has made 400 hp on the dyno but is not street legal.

Umm anyone else find that "story" complete BS?
A) Why would these guys SLAM on their brakes at 100+ mph... to mess with a cop? Idk. Slammin on your brakes at 110 is sketchy.
B) If they were going that fast, they came BACK to stand there at laugh at the flipped patrol car?? If they were going that fast, they would have been LONG gone when the patrol car lost control.

Sounds like someone straight f*cked up and had to lay the blame somewhere...

Default We're he go

My friend up the street has one. Also has a one off custom V-twin made in VA Beach,VA. Best guy I know. You must be just like him, CRAZZY--just kidding. I rode it once. I am 6'2 and OLD. I do not know how they ride that position but you better have some experience before you nail the throttle on it..

If you notice on that video of Charley's bike, they say it makes over 600hp, but had it dialed back to around 480 in order to keep it hooked up. No problem making 500 horse with a 1300cc engine. Check out these turbo Supras:

Check out the rear wheel hp numbers. And listen to those turbos, they could suck up small children and animals.

I was BIG into turbo cars for years. There is a saying about Supras...

- What do 500, 800, and 1200 HP Supras have in common...?

They all run 12's. -

Dyno queens.

^^^THIS!!!! Soooooo true. I have respect for them. But not down the track. Great on the freeway if you wanna do 190+. Just ask the owner of TopSecret who got caught doing 196mph in Japan and spent a few years locked up.

One of the guys that goes to my gym has a 2008 Kawasaki ZX14T with the Mister Turbo kit on it, data logger, extended swing arm.. etc..
He has 500HP at the rear wheel. He has $50K into the bike.
Its amazing. Personally, I like the Busa better. I can't imagine even riding something that fast. The most HP I have ever had is 90.
