Default turn signal problem

Hey guys, i just bought another sporty after being out of the saddle for three months due to an accident and the back left turn signal does not work. The front left turn signal blinks but blinks faster than usual. Any suggestions on what might be the problem?

You didn't say that in the OP. Did you use the correct bulb types, dual element in front and single element in the rear? Your front is blinking faster than normal because the flasher (TSM in this case) doesn't see the rear bulb in the circuit. It pretty much works the same way as it does on other vehicles.

Check the rear bulb socket and related wiring.

Do you have a volt meter and know how to use it?

Sorry, but if you don't have the basic tools for checking out an electrical problem, then I guess you need to take it to someone that does.

There's no power going to your rear signal and your front is flashing faster to tell you that.

There's something wrong with your wiring.

Did the accident involve your Sportie? If so what was the damage?
