motor cycle stand/wheel chock
I am looking into a Harbor freight motor cycle stand/wheel chock that they sell for about $50.

Does anyone have any comments they would like to share, such as function, usefulness, ease of use etc. Considering a purchase this weekend. thanks...Jerry

Look for a coupon...they're in Cycle World mag all of the time. I bought 4 of those same wheel chocks for around 30 bucks each using the coupons.
I cut one up & mounted it to my lift instead of the ridiculous crank vise it came with, mounted 2 in my enclosed trailer and I leave one laying around for ppl to use in the bed of a truck or whatever. I've never used it for any other purpose as I don't see what help it would be unless you're working on your kick stand or need to take the derby cover off.

motorcycle stand/wheel chock
Thanks everyone for your input. I drove 1.5 hr today to Harbor freight and purchased the stand. It list for $79.95, but I took a page out of AIM and got it for $39.95, but couldn't use their 20% coupon, so it was a great price. I'll try it out on my 08 Nightster and see. I will usually be working on this bike alone, and I am a newbie, never jack up a bike before, hopefully this will keep bike in upright position, while I jack up the bike. thx again...Jerry
